ShakShuka Time

Healthy Shakshoka 
If you are in that period that you maintain a low crabs nutrition
&
You want to eat something that taste as good as it look
&
If you want to enjoy your food and feel the satisfaction 

SO...this is the meal for you!!! 




Ingredients + Directions:

***Start to heat up the pan with 1tsp of Coconut oill or Oliv oill.
  • 4Tbs of Salsa Sauce (or 2Tbs Salsa & 2Tbs Walden farm's BBQ sauce)
  • 1/2 cup of Water.
  • Paprika, Hyssop and Cumin to taste.
  • Few leaves of Spinach
  •  One chopped Onion.
    ***Trow all dry ingredients to the hot pan for 7-10 min (or until the onion will be goldy) and then add the Salsa and the water for more 7-10 min.
  • 4 Eggs white & 2 whole eggs.
    ***Add the Eggs (without mixing them) to the hot pan
    Cover the pan with a lid and let the Shakshuka brew until it gets the right color and texture.
           
    
    
    
    
    
    
***I like to add my meal a rich green Salad ( Broccoli, Spinach, Cauliflower and Cucumber with wine Vinegar and One Of Walden Farm's Salad sauces), and 1/2 liter of Zero .
