- 1.5 scope Protein Powder ( I like to use 1UP Whey Protein or ON Whey protein)
- 1/2 cup Fresh or Frozen Broccoli heads.
- 1 cup Fresh Spinach leaves.
- 1 cup Fresh mixed lettuce leaves.
- 1 Kiwi.
- 1 medium Banana.
- 5-8 Ice Cubes .
- 1/2 cup Water.
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk
- 1 flat tsp Cinnamon .
- 2 Tbs Walden Farm's Marshmallow Dip. (optional)
Directions: - Blend together all ingredients from 1-10.
***cut the Kiwi into thin slices. Half kiwi keep for decoration. - Decorate your chosen glass with the Kiwi Slices that you left.
- Mix the 2 Tbs of the Marshmallow with 2-3 Tbs of Water---and the decorate your glass with the dip.
- Pour the Smoothie to your decorated glass.
