Healthy Chicken Noodles

In
order to help you to maintain a healthy lifestyle, we would like to suggest you
healthy solutions in your daily nutrition.
So,
today we suggest you to cook a healthy chicken-noodles meal that contains high amount of vitamins and protein.
It
is also a low-carb and a low-fat meal, especially for those who want to stay fit ;)
There you have a great meal, filling and healthy!
So let's start:
Ingredients list:

200g of Chicken breast
sliced
·
Vegetables: Red pepper,
mushrooms, onion, carrot cauliflower and baby corn.
·
One package of Konjac
noodle – this is a low-carb noodle. Only 9 calories per 100g!!
·
Spices: Sweet paprika, cumin,
ground chili, ground pepper, a little bit of a ground ginger.
·
Sauces: Soy or Teriyaki,
Sweet chili sauce.
Directions:
·
Cut all the vegetables and
the chicken breast into slices.
·
Preheat a pan over medium heat with small
amounts of cooking oil.
·
Wash the Konjac noodle,
then put them in a pan.
·
Add the sliced vegetables
and the chicken breast slices.
·
Add the spices in the
amount you would like. Then, add one and a half tablespoon of Teriyaki or soy
sauca and one tablespoon of a sweet chili sauce.
·
While everything is in the
pan, mix all the ingredients on and off, so all the vegetables and chicken
slices will be well-cooked.
·
When you see that the
vegetables become soft and the chicken breast slices are well-cooked, turn off
the cooking gas and pour all into a big bowl.
