Healthy Chicken Noodles

Hi friends!
In order to help you to maintain a healthy lifestyle, we would like to suggest you healthy solutions in your daily nutrition.
So, today we suggest you to cook a healthy chicken-noodles meal that contains high amount of vitamins and protein.
It is also a low-carb and a low-fat meal, especially for those who want to stay fit ;)
There you have a great meal, filling and healthy!
So let's start:
Ingredients list:
·         200g of Chicken breast sliced
·         Vegetables: Red pepper, mushrooms, onion, carrot cauliflower and baby corn.
·         One package of Konjac noodle – this is a low-carb noodle. Only 9 calories per 100g!!
·         Spices: Sweet paprika, cumin, ground chili, ground pepper, a little bit of a ground ginger.
·         Sauces: Soy or Teriyaki, Sweet chili sauce.
Directions:
·         Cut all the vegetables and the chicken breast into slices.
·         Preheat a pan over medium heat with small amounts of cooking oil.
·         Wash the Konjac noodle, then put them in a pan.
·         Add the sliced vegetables and the chicken breast slices.
·         Add the spices in the amount you would like. Then, add one and a half tablespoon of Teriyaki or soy sauca and one tablespoon of a sweet chili sauce.
·         While everything is in the pan, mix all the ingredients on and off, so all the vegetables and chicken slices will be well-cooked.
·         When you see that the vegetables become soft and the chicken breast slices are well-cooked, turn off the cooking gas and pour all into a big bowl.

ShakShuka Time

Healthy Shakshoka 
If you are in that period that you maintain a low crabs nutrition
&
You want to eat something that taste as good as it look
&
If you want to enjoy your food and feel the satisfaction 

SO...this is the meal for you!!! 




Ingredients + Directions:

***Start to heat up the pan with 1tsp of Coconut oill or Oliv oill.
  • 4Tbs of Salsa Sauce (or 2Tbs Salsa & 2Tbs Walden farm's BBQ sauce)
  • 1/2 cup of Water.
  • Paprika, Hyssop and Cumin to taste.
  • Few leaves of Spinach
  •  One chopped Onion.
    ***Trow all dry ingredients to the hot pan for 7-10 min (or until the onion will be goldy) and then add the Salsa and the water for more 7-10 min.
  • 4 Eggs white & 2 whole eggs.
    ***Add the Eggs (without mixing them) to the hot pan
    Cover the pan with a lid and let the Shakshuka brew until it gets the right color and texture.
           
    
    
    
    
    
    
***I like to add my meal a rich green Salad ( Broccoli, Spinach, Cauliflower and Cucumber with wine Vinegar and One Of Walden Farm's Salad sauces), and 1/2 liter of Zero .

Green & Healthy Protein Smoothie

Want to drink something Refreshing.

                    So you should try this,
                  Delicate combination of 
                      Vegtable & Fruits 
         Creates a Beautiful Green Smoothie
                                 Low Carbs.
                                   Low Fat.
                           HIGH PROTEIN.





      Ingredients: 

  1. 1.5 scope Protein Powder ( I like to use 1UP Whey Protein or ON Whey protein)
  2. 1/2 cup Fresh or Frozen Broccoli heads.
  3. 1 cup Fresh Spinach leaves.
  4. 1 cup Fresh mixed lettuce leaves.
  5. 1 Kiwi.
  6. 1 medium Banana.
  7. 5-8 Ice Cubes .
  8. 1/2 cup Water.
  9. 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  10.  1 flat  tsp Cinnamon .
  11.  2 Tbs Walden Farm's Marshmallow Dip. (optional)


    Directions:
  12. Blend together all ingredients from 1-10.

    ***cut the Kiwi into thin slices. Half kiwi keep for decoration.
  13. Decorate your chosen glass with the Kiwi Slices that you left.
  14. Mix the 2 Tbs of the Marshmallow with 2-3 Tbs of Water---and the decorate your glass with the dip.
  15. Pour the Smoothie to your decorated glass.

Chocolate Casein Pizza

It was time eat...
and I wanted something new,
 something that I didn't already ate,
something that I would be proud of,
something with Peanut Butter of course

So I just started to do....and that what I have got.

Chocolate Casein Pizza

      Ingredients:
  1.  2 scopes Chocolate Casein Powder.
  2. 1 Egg White.
  3. 3/4 cup Water.
  4. 1 tsp Cinnamon spice.
    On Top:
  5.  1 serving of Powdered Peanut Butter ( PB2 or ieatprotein fit mix).
  6.  2 Tbs Walden Farms syrup ( or you can use Stevie and more water).
  7. Banana slices and blueberry (fruit for your choice)
  8. More healthy toppings for your choice - bee-pollen/ 100% dark chocolate/ cacao powder...

    Directions:
  9.  mix together all ingredients together ( casein, egg, water and cinnamon)
    until getting a smooth texture.
  10.  pour the batter on a flat large plate and pot into the microwave for 4-6 minutes.
  11. make the Peanut Butter sauce from the Powdered PB, syrup and water.
    you need that the sauce will be thin but not to much.
  12. now pour the PB sauce on the casein "dough"
  13. Sprinkle the rest of the toppings.
  14. Microwave for 30-60 seconds.
Now you can enjoy you Awesome protein Pizza!!!
