So of course for us, as people who try to maintain an healthy lifestyle, the healthy kind of the pancakes- the high protein, low carbs and low fat kind is one of the best choice to
EAT DIRTY & STAY FIT
This time i tried to make the vegetarian version, and actually they were better then the regular so I have to shear with you this delicious Vegan Protein Pancakes.
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup Almond milk.
- 1/3 cup Water.
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract.
- 2 scopes Protein Powder (for your choice).
- 1 tsp natural and organic Cacao Powder.
- 2 heaping Tbs unsweetened Oats or Coconut/Almond Flour.
- The special ingredients is:1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum Powder.
- 1/2 tsp olive oil.
- Take the Xanthan Gum and mix it together with the olive oil.
- Mix all the ingredients in a separate bowl and than add the Xanthan Gum to the batter.
- Now make some Pancakes.
Frosting:
- I like to pot some berries (of all kinds ). 1/2 cup Blueberry.
- 2 Tbs Walden farm's syrup for your choice
- 1 serving Nuts'n More Peanut Butter ( flavor for your choice).
