Vegan Protein Pancakes

Pancakes its a delicious treat for all of us...

       So of course for us, as people who try to maintain an healthy lifestyle, the healthy kind of the pancakes- the high protein, low carbs and low fat kind is one of the best choice to

This time i tried to make the vegetarian version, and actually they were better then the regular so I have to shear with you this delicious Vegan Protein Pancakes.


Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup Almond milk.
  • 1/3 cup Water.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract. 
  • 2 scopes Protein Powder (for your choice). 
  • 1 tsp natural and organic Cacao Powder.
  • 2 heaping Tbs unsweetened Oats or Coconut/Almond Flour. 

 Directions:
  • Take the Xanthan Gum and mix it together with the olive oil.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a separate bowl and than add the Xanthan Gum to the batter.
  • Now make some Pancakes.
