I have a dream, my own special dream.
I want to:
Eat Dirty & Stay Fit
so from now I will do the best to bring here the best product that can bring me closer to my ideal plan :
Eat Healthy And Keep It Tasty.
I will find, order and use all the products that I think have the best nutrition facts and of course the most delicious and awesome taste.
I will made from those products the coolest food that I can (I will try to keep the dishes pretty and nice looking) and simply will share my knowledge with you guys.
So stay close because things are going to get serious.
For the first thing I want to present you my special (not really special) Protein Pancakes:
Ingredients:
Protein Pancakes- you can find more of my delicius snack on instagram |
- 1 Scopes of Protein Powder
of your choice. - 1 Tbs Almond Milk.
- 1/3 cup oats.
- 1 tsp Cinnamon Spices.
- 4 Egg Whites.
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder.
- 1/2 cup of fruit of you. choice I choose berries and banana :)!!
- 3-4 drops of Stevia.
On Top:
- The Chosen Fruits.
- Powdered Peanut Butter - I uses ieatprotein fitmix- its the best and with high protein.
Directions:
- I am sure you know how to make pancakes.....Mix up all the ingredients in a bowl and now spill the batter into a hot skillet (spill the batter amount depending on the size you want).
- while that is happening, make A peanut butter sauce out of the fitmix Powdered peanut butter.
- pot on top of the pancakes the fruits and the peanut butter sauce.
